I think this is the best dog groomer in Co Springs. I have a Welsh terrier that can be somewhat of a complicated cut. They did exactly what I had envisioned
-perfect- he looks fantastic and he's very happy! Chelsea was awesome. Actually, everyone in there was very friendly, very professional!

This is the most professional dog groomer in town. Chelsea and her staff are incredibly courteous and friendly and they do a wonderful job grooming my pups. I've been using them for years.
I had such a great experience with Micaela at Zuzu Pet Spa! I originally reached out in a local Facebook group looking for recommendations for a groomer who could handle a large dog, and I received quite a few suggestions, but Micaela actually took the time to personally reach out to me.
From the start, she asked thoughtful questions and really took the time to get to know both me and my dog, which meant a lot. Scheduling was simple and stress-free, and she kept me updated throughout the appointment, which gave me so much peace of mind.
When I picked my dog up, she didn’t rush through anything, she took extra time to go over everything with me and made sure I felt comfortable and informed.
It’s clear she genuinely cares, not just about the dogs, but about the people too. I would absolutely recommend Micaela and Zuzu Pet Spa to anyone looking for a trustworthy, kind, and attentive groomer. Truly good people!
Everyone who works here is invested in the dogs they groom. It's not about money, it's about doing the right thing for your dog. They educate, advise, and most of all love your furbaby like you do!
We searched and researched a lot before finding a place for our rough Collie and this is the place! They are compassionate, professional and do an amazing job, I highly recommend going here for those that want to know their pets are well taken care of.
Superhero. Best way to put it. Super friendly and helpful staff. Saved my dog in a pinch situation. Literally let my dog stay by them when he was done because he’s anxious with new places and ppl. Would highly recommend! My husky looks well groomed! 10/10

14/10 paws for Dey at Zuzu’s Spa! I went in scruffy and came out supermodel. Feeling softer than a cloud. Came home with a cute Irish bandana and a new trick of spinning around and play dead. My human says I smell ‘amazing,’ I think she’s weird. Spawday Vibes and 10/10 treats and would wag again!!! 🐾
The team at Zuzu’s is amazing. We have been taking our poodle and golden doodle here for years. Chelsea is the best!

Can't recommend enough, the owner Chelsea is a wonderful person and helped me in a rough time in my life. All of her staff are friendly and compassionate and make you feel at home. They did a wonderful job with my pup and she couldn't have looked better. Thank you guys.

VERY pleased with Zuzu's -- after our first visit yesterday I made appts for the next three visits! 7½ year old, looooong-furred Sammy; staff there was very pleasant and asked me exactly what I did/didn't want done. Dog was happy there and came home smiling and looking beautiful.

We've been taking our pups here for quite some time. Chelsea is absolutely wonderful. The cuts are perfection & our little guys/ gal's are happy when they go & quite content at pick up. Can't say enough good about their care & professionalism.
My dog recently developed diabetes and is now blind. They were so understanding and took great care of her.

The best groomers! They know each dog and care for their individual needs. Not an over booked assembly line of dog grooming like some places. My dog is only there for the time they need to Work on him as opposed to all day! Seriously, can't say enough good things about all three ladies here!

I had to drag my dog into the competitor's place. She gets excited in the parking lot and can't wait to go in to Zuzu's. They keep me scheduled and send reminders so I don't forget. They are extremely accommodating to the handicapped. I got held up and was forty minutes late picking up my dog once. When I arrived, I discovered that my pup was her last customer and she had stayed all that time just for me. I felt horrible, but there wasn't a hint of recrimination in the lady's voice - she could not have been kinder when my mistake required her sacrifice. They are amazing and I am a huge fan!

I absolutely love Zuzu’s. I love that they try to use the same person to groom your dogs every time. It allows your dogs to be comfortable in a different environment. Once you’re an established customer, they send you text reminders for future appointments, which is extremely helpful, and they also allow you to text when you need to make an appointment. If you’re not a big fan of talking on the phone, this is a great service! They do such a great job on my Shih Tzu and Shih Tzu/Maltese every single time! I sent them a photo from a previous groomer and they’ve matched it!

Another amazing top notch experience at ZuZu’s. This was our two bigger boys 2nd time and the little guys first time ever to any groomer. We are so happy with how our boys turn out and they always leave with a smile and a butt wiggle.
The groomers are kind, gentle and patient with all of them and they are always so professional. Having 3 to groom can be a hassle at times, but ZuZu’s always works with us with flexibility.
Definitely worth the drive.

Switched to ZuZu's upon several recommendations and so happy that I did. I have a Shih Tzu and I'm very particular about her look. I like that longer puppy look, but I don't want it so long that it gets matted and tangled all the time; which is what I was getting at previous places. I explained what I wanted and ZuZu's worked with me to get it just right.
My dog even likes it! I always had to drag her into other grooming salons, but after a couple times at ZuZu's, she walks right in.
